This Federal Government is drunk on power and money (not theirs of course)and by the mess it has made of the home insulation program couldn't run a 'Chuck raffle'. What would you expect when it appoints an ex rock singer to run a program worth bilions of dollars. I dread the future for our children with such a financial morass. Maybe China will be the saviour, but at what price.
