It's now time for all you financial wizards claiming Rudd's stimulus avoided recession to explain why other countries were not able to do the same.
Given too that the recession was technically avoided before even half of the stimulus was handed out, what does that say for Libs claims way back at the beginning of this crisis that only half the proposed stimulus was required?
