Will your vote count at the AGM, page-9

Healyn, congrats on a well written post which pretty much sums up my own feelings. If the consolidation goes ahead prior to success at RGN1 and throughout 2016 we will be (in my view) very sad and angry shareholders.
From the annual report i see no mention of 4 drills next year so presume we have no jv partner willing to stump up the required cash.
I am disappointed at the lack of important information being put out by the board, leaving shareholders no other choice but to speculate on future direction of this potentially great company, as like many others i have been holding for 5 years and having just turned 70 I wonder if I will ever see the success in my lifetime.
