Will Chinese or FMG join in FMS? No. FMG has enough IO, no need bil shares from FMS. Chinese too,cant do business with small co > bil shares on issue. Look at JRV and Chinese walked away. The only way is cosolidation. But sp will fall heavily if consolidate. Comparing with GIR which has < 200 mil shrs, GIR is much better for Chinese to get in. FMS is similar to CFU (nearly bil shrs), may go no where.
