re: profit & future share price Much easier to expand if you are cash flow positive than negative. Share price will more likely reflect this, and maybe a combination of a bank loan and a SPP/placement.
Regarding likely future share price - I'm estimating with a 4TS contract of US$1.25mill/yr, share price be lucky to get over 15c, US$1.5mill - 20c, US$2mill -30c.
A capital raising at around 20c if share price around 25-30c to raise US$2mill for another 4TS probably wouldn't be too bad. Also remember, that not signs not generally going to cost anywhere near US$2mill
As for a share price of $1 - not sure will ever see that happen
