    re: cheap takeover bid I think this is the most likely outcome Hannah. CCU, or even Totius (they are still holding their shares), will be waiting for LUM to financially shrivel up and will attempt a takeover. Only way out of this, for LUM, is to start performing. I'm not convinced they can pull this off on their own.
