Most investors want to see a business show great revenue gain and also profit in any year. If FBR can record a year of solid regular revenue which gives good profit numbers then as a industrial stock it will have a P/E multiple that works for the company and it's sp.
The real point about FBR share price is that the MC can shift so much with a 1c move in sp - due to the number of issued shares. At 4c, a back of the envelop calc shows the number of shares issue with MC of $100m to be 4*25 (gets to $1) then another 100m. So 25 by 100m shares = 2.5b shares.

When the shares are bought in the range 3c to 6c the problem for investors (not speculators) is accepting that the market value can go from $75m to $150m (3c * 2.5b to 6c * 2.5b). This is weirdo territory for most seasoned investors and so they will prefer to watch the tech. Then it is left to those other investors to make the sp dance. I'm sure the Hadrian X tech will work but the effort will be time based to build confidence and establish a way to make solid performance gains.
