No, they are not identical. You can see that they are different from the pictures on the Satterley website. Also, 6 of the 8 blocks at each end run longways with the other 2 blocks being more square.
On the Satterly website there is a plan of the blocks, you can see that they are different there.
One of the big factors of HX is that it doesn't get programmed, it reads the CAD drawings and figures it all out. Therefore the houses being identical does not create any extra efficiency. As long as the CAD drawings are done (which they would be) HX can do any design.
