Done a quick drive by today and this is the progress thus far.....06 Feb 2022

A few interesting developments to observe:

1. Looks like the current build is transitioning into a partial "retreat build" with the first two structures built last year. If so, this will be the first commercial retreat build for FBR outside of the Mexico pilot build. Will be interesting to see if all the blocks line up correctly seeing as there may have been some distortion/expansion/settlement of the original structure from the recent heat wave Perth had experienced.

2. There is another slab being prepared at the Northern end, Looks similar to a "Waffle slab" with steel reinforcement starter bars cast into the footing. If so, this is also a first for FBR, as all the previous builds have been simple floating slabs on type A plots..

Looks like these builds are quite complex, Good to see FBR handling it very well....
