Who at the moment do not have valid up to date visa’s have forced prices up 10 fold ! The building industry is the worst I’ve seen in 30 years ! Good time to retire for many , while for many unfortunately I can see them going to the wall ! The mining sector is attracting many new workers forcing many small to median companies to go to the wall here in Perth as there is just no labour . Next couple of years with interest rates due to rise will see many hardships . Never seen such a cut throating industry in my life ! 18 months to build a home clients hit with $50 to $100 k more on their builds by builders and having to wait 18 months ! While FBR can’t even attract a real contract with tangible revenue in their own back yard ! One of the greatest invention of this century and us Aussies are as blind as bats ! FBR need to get the F out of here ASAP imo .
