Voting blindly is never a good thing, especially when your hard earned is involved! It's a difficult one, might be put to good use, or will become fodder for future share grabs? FBR need to clearly spell what those additional shares are going to be used for! Without this information I will be voting No, not that my voting matters in the big scheme of things as will be the case for the majority of us here, just the principle.
