Architects typically do not determine the process of how a Contractor will build the building. They provide design and technical parameters which shall be met.
Should the Hadrian be able to do what a brikie can do at lower costs and quicker, then there is a fundamental use case for it. Until face brick can be dealt with by FBR as per the industry standard, wide scale adoption will not occur.
Architects won't waste time designing a building solely for the Hadrian to build (in this or any climate). It is way too risky as time and cost pressures far outweigh tinkering with experimental tech.
