I’d be very happy if the same Surgcentre representatives had agreed to take all the $125M even at a reasonable discount to current SP. That should provide an additional year of funding (pending forecasts for trials and other R&D) and hopefully into secure hands.
If funding can be sorted and CLBP 12 trial underway next quarter, whilst we await FDA decision on the BLA re-submission and path forward with CHF.
Even better if MBS is generating positive cash flow soon and starts repaying the debt.
