Go and give it a try for just a day....Just one day. Go and sit in the classroom, then the staff room, then the playground duty......see if you still think they do nothing.
Dare you....go and spend just "one" day viewing what they do.....let alone actually 'doing' it yourself.
I would dearly love to hear just how derisive you were about their efforts after that......lol
