I sat down and worked through an example of how the WFL process works, the tax deductability (if that's a word) make it so tempting. Instead of paying 10K in tax, I borrow 25K and invest, I get an 8K refund (so 18K in my pocket) and multiple income streams for years to come. All loan fees and interest are also deductable. The competitors have all gone bust which was only due to banks and actual cash flow patterns, this could work in WFL's favour. PE of about 1 so is a little exciting at these prices. Might be a little biased as I do hate paying tax though.....
