See post #35085056 from @JID on the Paladin forum. In summary, Uranium One has shut down Willow Creek ISR. I have not fact checked the OP from @JID, but he comes across as very diligent in his research.
Willow Creek is formerly the Irigaray / Christensen Ranch ISR facility, which, to the best of my knowledge, is where PEN gets their loaded resin toll treated to produce yellow cake. If this facility has been put on care and maintenance, how does this impact Lance, if at all.
Interested to see how this develops over the next few days.
