Bruce looked pretty happy the commission is in recess.

Let's sum it up.

1. He set up an association he knew didn't comply with the rules re # of officeholders etc.
2. He set up an arrangement with Thiess to be paid money for 'training'.
3. He agreed that money was paid by Thiess every month even though no training occurred.
4. When the 'trainining' was eventually done, it was done by someone from the AWU for about 8 months. This bloke was apparently paid by his association but he has no employment records, timsheets, contract of employment or taxation records!
5. Thiess continued to pay his association for a further 12 months after training ceased.

Hmmm, yep all sounds above board to me!!!
