Many supposedly "good" candidates consider payment of salary sufficient reason to take a role. Bills to pay, kids to educate, retirement to fund. Objectively, "senior hires" doesn't mean a lot. The skeptics could consider it a tactical hire, intended to (mis)lead the punters into believing regulatory approvals are imminent. But that would be illegal of course!

Facts outweigh assumptions.

FACT: The FDA issued a disapproval (rejection) letter for the December 2015 IDE in January 2016. There was no full disclosure. It exists. Ask for it.

FACT: BSI rejections are relatively infrequent. There is no timeline for providing a response to BSI questions. Most companies are smart enough to know when to voluntarily withdraw to avoid an official rejection.

FACT: OncoSil, under Daniel Kenny, has continually over promised and underdelivered on regulatory approvals. That's his personal 20 month record. The two Roger's personal records extend well beyond that.

FACT: No objective scientific evidence exists to suggest OncoSil are any closer to regulatory approval than what existed 10 years ago.

FACT: All objective scientific and regulatory evidence confirms OncoSil are no closer to regulatory approval than their predecessors were 10 years ago.

FACT: No regulatory approval in history was attributable to the CEO's unfaultering belief/confidence/expectation that approval would be achieved in the "near-term".

Fear not rejections, but absence of approvals and lack of full disclosure.
