Directors would have to declare their hand to the market so this is clearly a false and devious rumor! I have emailed ACN and told them that their procrastination has confused the market. They have had enough time to formulise their recommendation (advisors were engaged on 4/10, almost 1 month ago!). No response from them yet!
I'm holding on to my 152000 shares because I cannot see dells getting their hand on 90%+ before 19/11.
Anyway, a dls controlled acn is not all bad. They have lots of experience and more money to quickly develop Flax/Jupiter into a huge money spinner for all of us! So cheer up guys, all is not lost!
