This sort of thing irritates the hell out of me. Its very dodgy, when shares are still selling at 28.5 cents or higher and the company board has explicitly told people to wait for the target statement.

I suppose they are trying to hoodwink those we don't understand how the market works or are simply too polite to say "no" to a stranger on the phone.
