    I think share issue is the only option available to HGO.

    $100 mil at 15 c would mean issuing another 667 mil shares.

    $10 mil claim without management knowing about it??

    When are they going to make enough profit to pay back $110 mil? You do the maths. Not surprising that wbc and btt pulled the plug
