In regards to your CR issue; Management have set aside 2 portions of capital derived from the last placement.
*1st portion; Completely fund the SJ drilling program to JORC compliance to run until December.
*2nd portion; To place in escrow and to meet the criteria set by the SIG of all/enough capital requirements for the re issuing of the PL at Kolosori to production with Off-takes set in place. Within those Off-take there is bulk samplings and a 3 -5 year term with facility agreements.

This dose not mean no more CR but for this round of operations Axiom is funded.
If Kolosori is returned to Axiom during the SJ drilling program funding is available to production on the Havihua and Kolosori ridges where facilities will kick in there after.

You have a huge resource of information by ringing management rather than fishing from HC . I suggest you use this resource.
