1. what might the reason be for the unusually large number of shares with ask 20c?
2. suggestion that perhaps any CR might be at a price above that suggested by sc, or might include some additional benefit, so as not to suggest it might be a good idea to sell at 20c.
In other words, is there a move afoot that has the intention of suggesting a CR, and that it might be around 20c, to mislead holders into selling on that basis. Time will tell.
