The one thing I can share from my own personal painful experience incl some of the private traumas shared here, is that when I was in such a position in the past (on other stocks), I should have taken some chips off the table. It is amazing what conviction you can hold, and things you may not (want to) see when that stock does this well. A mate of mine always says, the market is out to f.. you, and it often comes when least expected.
My own lesson is, no matter how convinced I am of a stock, and wanting to hold it for divvies and all the rest of it, never go too overweight on them. Take some chips off the table, enjoy the gains I made and either find another stock that I reckon may go from a few cents to $10+, or go into conservative divvy stocks/index funds, and then own that decision and just go with it, whether in hindsight I should have sold earlier or later or not.
Worst is, being forced to sell, or desperately holding on once a stock has gone way past a former peak. A profit is a profit, being fully convinced of one stock is a very dangerous thing and blinds my judgement. All IMO, not advice, DYOR.
