There is no doubt in my opinion that the success of Trofinetide will create a perception of increased likelihood of success of 2591 if the trial results mimic those seen in Trofinetide phase II. Whether the perception is warranted or not is up for debate but you'd definitely feel much more confident of success. It's another crucial stage we are close to and one that may very well trigger the good old T/O discussion particularly if no ROW deal has been established by then.
