Thank you for all your hard work, diligence and determination Simgrund. I fully support your campaign and have sent many submissions to ASIC.

But I don't think ASIC will come to our rescue.

The Federal court was very clear in the ARL-PIF decision that a responsible entity can do pretty much whatever they want with unit holders assets provided it is in the interests of the unit holders. (The transfer of assets between ARL and PIF stands.)

We voted WC in. We have the means in our constitution to vote WC out. We haven't voted WC out. ASIC and the courts will not let a group of unit holders dump the RE that the masses voted in. WC can claim a mandate and just needs to keep their noses clean. And that's where the skills of a star lawyer like Hutson come in very handy.

Haven't you noticed the dog whistling from Wellington Capital, or WC supporters, the last two times we had a vote that was scuttled at the last moment. The message is spread about that WC would have won the vote anyway.

That sort of message sends ASIC packing.
