I am in the PIF corner simgrund. Always have been always will be. I put real money into it. I would like to get as much as I can back out but am stuck on this ship with fools who keep giving Hutson's WC exactly what WC want.

On 11 June 2013, Wellington issued three releases to the National Stock Exchange.
As a result of the releases, the unit holders meeting scheduled for 14 June has been cancelled and the proposed sale of assets to ARL will not be proceed. As a result, the interlocutory relief which ASIC sought at the interlocutory hearing set down for 12 June 2013 is no longer necessary.
The matter has otherwise been adjourned to 28 June 2013 for directions."

Everything that ASIC was seeking from 1004/2013 was aimed at making sure that WC is fighting fairly. But we have to take our fight to WC.
