Still looking and keeping an eye on things.

I agree with foulthrow that in the whole scheme of things the court decision isn't of as much significance as what it was previously.

However, it adds further concern in my mind about the abilities of management. At last years AGM MT stood up and spoke with absolute confidence about a favourable result. He said both he/management/advisor's had done their research and were extremely confident about receiving a favourable outcome and that they were acting appropriately. Once again, they have been shown to be incompetent in my mind.
