These two statements should be read in context with an earlier statement in that report, which reads:

"Further downstream processing techniques will be investigated for product enhancement in future testwork"

Roll on APG and their enhancement technologies. Let's note that APG can agglomerate ilmentite fines which is then followed by upgrade into syn rutile. Turning overburden into a valuable product!!!!!
