No-one here has ever disagreed that WIMAX as a technology will make an appearance in Australia at some point. I think what most who oppose you are on about is your assumption that ENG will be an immediate beneficiary from this implementation simply because Seve/Unwired will implement it.

Wait until ENG announce it, you are not their ASX PR machine.

As for Seven directors joining the board. I should think this reasonable and they are likely to be present to ensure stemming the massive cashburn it has experienced as well as other reasons possibly related to a Seven takeover?

I do not disagree that ENG is presently on a good path particulalry with it's recent introduction of retail Naked DSL. As I have always stated, if Seven want to aquire Engin 100% then look out ENG shareholders, you will not be getting a good price.
