    Unwired narrows choice of builder

"We've got a demonstration site over at Channel 7 on the network test we did from our three possible vendors, and we're in the late stages of making the choice of vendor. We're going to make a formal announcement once we've chosen one," Mr Havyatt said.

The WiMAX Forum, which lists Unwired investor Intel among its members, has fixed its hopes on a mobile version of the equipment standards, called 802.11e.

    The 802.11e should read 802.16e
802.11e is for WiFi, 802.16e is mobileWimax.

My last post or this post SHOULDN'T be moderated as Seven holds a 56% contoling stake in Engin. And Unwired which is fully own by Seven Mobile Wimax rollout could have a profound impact on the Engin shareprice as a gate way to mobile VOiP.
One guess who had my post modrated sour grapes
