SOT is only rising from an oversold level.With the restructuring of the company recently it only has upside potential wth little downside.

There was also a buy recommendation put out by FP to hold for long term investment,very safe as just after their recent div it broke into the upside which shows the instos want in at these very attractive prices.Initial short term target is 1.05 with longer term being 1.70
