Hi All,

The paperwork that arrived earlier in the week , just confirmed what i have felt all along about the Exergen proposal. This is great news for us long suffering CAG holders. The existing shareholders of CAG currently own 100% of nothing, and unable to do anything about it. Under the proposal we get to be part of a new entity with a chance of recouping some of our investment. We will end up as a collective owning about 20% of the new entity (best case scenario) or about 10% (worst case scenario), provided all the benchmarks are met. In my mind 10% of something is a far better deal than 100% of nothing.
