Also as part of the structured deal there is a compulsory cap raise so it may be worth pumping the breaks on your purchase for that price? Not advice by any means, But I'd rather know about any upcoming cap raise before buying into a company if someone was happy to let me know.
As a condition precedent to concluding the transaction WIN will be required to complete a capital raising
of not less than $3M within 75 days of signing, with the majority of the raised funds to be dedicated to
the exploration and development of Butchers Creek. The Company has not determined the terms of this
capital raise and will update the market once this has occurred.
