I don't disagree with Steve's linkedin comment, however, maybe Sulawesi is a bit like a fertile and scenic swathe of farmland in Australia on which the big business and the government want to erect transmission towers or a wind farm. Many, including the farmers aren't happy but it's part of saving the planet isn't it? More cheaper nickel is needed and things move quickly in developing countries these days - used to be the other way round but now the first world is struck down by paralysis by analysis.
