Maybe the sellers don't realise the potential for lithium as mentioned by Steve Norregaard in the Australian Nickel Conference presentation, with rock chip grades of 3.7% Li and an intention to drill this in the near future. It is so close to Mineral Resources' Mt Marion lithium operations and with talk of them listing their lithium operations they must be taking a close interest in this. Steve said they were "very, very excited", and "super excited" about this in his talk. EV minerals is a huge focus of the market given the increasing demand and the western world needing to secure supply given the global instability. Any drilling success on this will have a big impact on the share price IMO and there will be a lot of companies like MIN wanting to do deals. Crazy to sell now IMO.
