Cool man. Difference with JMS is no FIRB requirements, and no objections to TO Panel. I note that only 0.12% objected to the JMS move too, which means they had their holders on board.
We are in a privileged position with this stock, in that there are different requirements, AND NMDC are in a position where they can afford a commercial offer that will satisfy holders (+ FIRB, Courts, TO Panel etc) to get control of these great projects. I agree that the underlying focus of NMDC is the gold assets AND the Iron Ore...
We are all on a good wicket. This TO will be a win/win.
