Individually, anything north of 3c per share before Xmas. But, in solidarity with older holders, I think a hold out to 5+ is positive. That's a measley $15M for full control of our whole collection of projects. Well worth it for NMDC to have unhitched gold and ore projects.
17c might be a little high to offer in Bidders Statement, but, the underlying value would still support that. I think they could mop up 90% yes's with a 5-10c offer.
Good price action today with .004c bought out.
