Sorry brother, they can't de-list under 17.11, without conditions around buy-back. Here is the Guidance: https://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/gn33_removal_of_entities.pdf I don't know where you got that idea from- but it's not legally possible in this instance to simply de-list that way.
