I can't believe that people think that this deal with tulle is a good thing. If you read the terms of the agreement it would seem it is a win win for tulla. If you think 10million is going to save ngx you are dreaming. What it does give tulla is tenements that would not have got by any other way. It would seem that if ngx fails then part of their deal is they get those tenements! It seems like they got a bankcard to pay for a bankcard with conditions.
