It's a carbonate, not a porous sandstone. If the connected por space was full of oil it would have flowed oil. The most likely explanation for 'real' oil, as opposed to accidental contamination, is that closed vugs may have had oil them and the perforation process cracked the rock releasing a very small amount of oil.
This is not uncommon in carbonate reservoirs, where the vugs can become cemented after the oil has migrated into the reserevoir.
