Yes Modula already knew about that info, seems they also have less than desirable operations in Africa (I forget which country) also they have ties with some dodgy politician in the same country. However that said if augur is cashed up and willing to buy...money in our pocket is great but the sale still needs to be approved by NT government so if augur is dodgy as it is looking i'm guessing the sale will be a flop anyway.
