Is there any point in investing in QLD after todays developments, all upside will be taken by the government. I honestly can’t believe the cash grab. If they are going to share in the profits that should at least take some risk as in be a buyer of coal goes under 175 supporting the coal price. Anyway it is what it is and QLD has no upper house so this will go through in unopposed. I think WHC should shift investments to mines in NSW and Vickeries personally. Has a no go on Winchester been factored in to the SP? What are peoples thoughts?
