re: sellers in control CPC wld probably help themselves if they put some hard sales & profit estimates/projections or scenarios based on potential discoveries in their investor presentation...makes it a bit hard to work out what they potentially have to reconclie against the sp. Until they do this it's a bit hard to work out what you might be buying into...
