I'm not against renewables, they serve their part in the grid. The gripe I have is the amount of money spent supplementing the installation costs, with no change in expenditure on upgrades to the existing infrastructure. All alternative energy sources have their place, but it seems expenditure is substantially lopsided for reasons of being seen to contributing to change, with minimal consideration to costs for the total infrastructure as a whole. The outcome being, we at the bottom are the ones who have to pay for it! As previously mentioned , NSW has cut its feed in tariff from 60 cents to 20 cents for what reason?
