Two questions going begging. Entrenched science denial does make facing reality difficult, so for the record:

The wind is free. It provides a zero cost input. that is not to say wind turbines have zero running costs because they do need maintenance and they wear out over 25 years or so.

They produce no filthy fossil fuel pollution from energy inputs. Maintenance energy does include some fossil fuel pollution but this is more than offset by the pollution free running costs. Even the embodied energies of construction and assembly are offset after several months of operation.
