BHP Billiton is today making its official competition filing to the European Commission in relation to its proposed acquisition of Rio Tinto.
The people i mix with are licking there lips with anticipation of getting another chance to buy BHP at a discount. The chinese will never gain more than 10% of BHP period, not unless our government gives foreign ownership laws to the herd
I would be curious though as to why you pick 3675 as your next low.
