Be interesting to know the carbon payback of this power. Ie, this power is only environmentally friendly once is has produced more power than was used by fossil fuels to make the infustructure.
I've tried to find this out but it's not easy. Too many sources claim radically different figures. And each source is biased, be it in favor or not.
