Add in centuries of disaster from the impacts to fossil carbon pollution and then consider the mortality rtes for people living in the plume of the smokestacks. Then there is the disruption of aquifers as the marcasite in the sedimentary layers around the coal oxidises to sulfuric acid and leaches heavy metals....
