    Once again trying to compare apples with oranges to try and justify your position.


    No one expects renewables to replace fossil tomorrow. No one is saying that they will replace fossil tomorrow. Except for the luddites of course.


    What is proven is that renewables plus storage are a viable alternative and will replace a large part of the fossil fleet over the next few decades.


    It is happening as we speak. More and more renewables are being built every day. Now that storage is starting to be developed on a commercial scale, we are going to see significant change in the power supply. Particularly in the area of reliability. Reliability for fossil that is.
